I got that saying from former artist of mine by the name of Freedome. I think it’s going to be the name of his latest musical masterpiece. But the reason why it caught my eye was because it holds so much truth in one simple acronym.

The world is different than it used to be and people have begun adapting to the changes in the worst way. Now lies and deciet have become the norm while truthful people fade into the blackness and are left to fend for themselves against the wolves.

I, for one, refuse to stand for such treatment b/c I know that those people who chose lies over the truth will perish before their time leaving the pathway open and clear for people who are really destined to do great things.

I have never had so much hateful garbage spewed in my direction as I have had in the last month or so. I am damned if I do and damned if I don’t. So at this point I’ve decided to do only what makes me happy and nothing else.

Once it's over, said, and done...you're dead to me.

I had an opportunity to be a good friend. I took said opportunity. Capitalized on it and did what I do best….be great. Whenever they might need a ride from across town or 30+ minutes away…my phone was the one ringing. When kids were stranded at school and had no one to pick them up…I was there. No gas in the tank…I got you. When motivation was low and doubts began to creep in…I was there.

When the opportunity to be a halfway decent friend was given to them…they chose to no even consider it an option. Just bad mouthing and back stabbing (signs of just how basic a person can be). But like my father said….don’t waste your time on people who obviously don’t have the same drive or talent pool as you.

I can see why they hate me though. I’m proudly outspoken, I’m smart (and very rarely wrong). I’m an expert in almost anything I touch. I make money hand over fist. I take all the shine in the room without makeup, expensive clothes, red bottom (fake) shoes, or anything extra like that. I’m just me and people love me for it. So for an insecure person such as themselves, it’s hard to even be in the same room.

I really could have went in on this blog….told some things that I know….shared some gossip that I heard…elaborate on “below average” attributes….but why would I waste my time on people who already hate themselves?
